The staff was happy. I heard no complaining and they were so willing to please.

Set in the beautiful pines just one hour from my home north of Houston, sets an oasis that soothed my need to be refreshed and celebrate my anniversary. Exiting the rear of the hotel I found peace, tranquility and the beauty of a very leisure pace, I needed to help me escape from my everyday world. The flowers, water and landscape were as intoxicating as was the delightful absence of to many people in to small of an area. Large and beautiful rooms.

We attended a concert at the Cynthia Woods Amphitheater and it was so convenient to just walk there. There is also a very nice mall nearby but we did not go there.

Location was great! Shopping, restaurants, entertainment nearby. Friendly Staff, very accommodating.

Fabulous stay! Came for a concert at the Woodlands Pavilion. Staff was VERY friendly. We were able to check in early with no problem, and arranged for late check-out, too! Close to shopping, GREAT restaurants, and you can't beat it if you are going to a concert at the Woodlands Pavilion. Had a Waterway view, which was completely unexpected. While we booked a room with a king size beds, the hotel said they only had double beds. Thus causing my husband and I to share a tiny bed. The hotel said they could not guarantee our beds, but they were not booked. In the morning we asked to check out late but they said no they were all booked up. However, when we asked if we could stay an extra night, oddly they were booked. The room smelled terrible, a mixture of body odor and smoke. No apologies from the hotel. Looking forward to the new boutique opening up in the area so that we can steer clear of this place again. ...read more

Overall it was a good stay. I couldn't get a king size bed and the restaurant was pricey for the quality of food served.

No bar by the pool.
